A little ashamed that I allowed a break up, mismanagement of my health and depression to put me in an unhealthy place where I could barely walk and had chronic pain. But I made some decisions and though sometimes *ehem* (past month) I falter I will work on me every single day.
Been hesitant to post because I am still not where I want to be but I post as a reminder that I can do it.
