Pixel, the beer that we always keep stocked fresh in our coolers & flowing from the taps. Always chasing the purest expression of Citra we can pack into a hazy, pillowy, endlessly drinkable IPA.
This year, we’re celebrating Pixel alongside friends across the industry we’ve been lucky enough to connect with over the years for year TWO of Pixel & Pals. We’re mashing Pixel with our friends to create a new mixed pack built around collaboration, creativity, and Citra.

This year, we’re thrilled to be collaborating with @brujos_brewing , @messorembracitorium , and @parishbrewingco —each bringing their own spin on a Pixel-inspired hazy IPA. Inside the pack you’ll find our flagship Pixel alongside three mashed-up collabs, showcasing the different approaches, recipes, and processes that define how each of us interpret the style we love.

The day has finally arrived—Pixel & Pals Worldwide is back! We’re beyond thrilled to be celebrating this incredible global release at over 60 spots. It’s a day dedicated to flavor, friendship, and beer-loving community.
At both our Lake Zurich and Elmhurst taprooms, our culinary teams have cooked up a special Pixel & Pals menu—with dishes inspired by each of the Pals and their roots across the globe, crafted to capture the essence of our international collab lineup.

Tomorrow kicks off Pixel & Pals WorldWide and we couldn’t let the beer have all the fun. Alongside this year’s collaboration lineup, our culinary team has crafted up food specials inspired by each of our pals, & they’ll be available at both locations— pulling flavors, ideas, and personality from the folks behind the beers. Whether you’re stopping in for a few pours or planning to work your way through the lineup, we’ve got you covered with the perfect pairings.

Day Drift is back for another round. Our 8% radler-inspired mega-crusher mixes tart calamansi juice and sweet blood orange into a bright, citrusy blast that drinks lighter than it has any right to. It’s the can you crack at the lake, the one that survives the cooler ice melt, the one that pairs suspiciously well with a ‘00s playlist and zero responsibilities.

It’s Karaoke Thursday—grab a mic, grab a beer, and don’t overthink it. Starts at 6pm.

P3 Mexican Lager is BACK! Our crispy, crushable staple has returned — brewed with barley malt and flaked maize for that signature grainy snap, kissed with Noble hops, and chilled out in our lagering tanks for a full eight weeks. (Patience pays off.)
5.5% ABV. Smooth, crisp, and dangerously easy to drink.
We brewed it with the nearby Prairie Path and Great Western Trail in mind—a clean, bright West Coast Pale Ale to put back after a long day outside. Leans hard into that classic Mosaic & El Dorado combo for a sharp hit of citrus and pine.
