The Brighton boy has been on our radar for a while now and it’s been a pleasure to see him cementing himself as one to watch in the underground drum and bass scene. Over the last little while, you may have heard him via his releases on the likes of Mustard Music, Hyperactivity & Yamatai.
He’s bringing his groove and swag over to Phase Records DNB with two dynamic bits of heat. Gui’s signature style is instantly recognisable; clean drums with swing that keep things energetic accompanied by powerful subs and rolling basslines. Littered from start to finish with funky narrative!
We could not be happier that this has worked out with Gui and are already looking for this be the first of many releases with him over on our label. We absolutely love his sound, his vibe and his passion.
