The young French composer, Maur Cyriès, alongside his mysterious troupe, The Ambellers, has just released a new title that transports us in his perilous universe, where vapors of rum intoxicate us and where History is being re-written. Words and visuals that resonate to the core of everyone’s soul.
Laureate of the Give Me Five springboard platform, Maur Cyriès keeps the conversation going about his persona. Born in Morocco, raised in Singapore, immersed in Cambodia, this young adventurer will never cease surprising. Composed between Paris, in his local bar, and the overseas, dancing between jazz accords, rock’n roll rhythms and accompanied by an exotic xylophone, this new track takes us on a journey.
Mysterious islands, dense jungle, mystical characters re-writting the past for a better future : get ready for MAUR & THE AMBELLERS’ atypical wave of creativity!
For this beautiful project, the artist surrounded himself with a guitarist, a jazzman, a Guatemalan bassist and a percussionist to recreate his universe on stage…
