Met haar zelfgemaakte Akari cosplay van Pokemon Legends Arceus was zij 1 van de winnaars van onze Cosplay wedstrijd in 2024! De editie erna werd ze jurylid voor onze cosplaywedstrijd vanwege haar ervaring in de cosplaywereld. Iris cosplayt al 13 jaar; in die jaren heeft ze veel kennis opgedaan over verschillende technieken die komen kijken bij het maken van een cosplay, waardoor ze oog heeft gekregen voor kwaliteit handwerk. Ze gelooft dat iemands vaardigheid te zien is in details en afwerking, hoe simpel een outfit er ook uit ziet. Pokemon is al sinds haar jeugd een grote bron van inspiratie voor haar, waardoor ze nog elk jaar met plezier nieuwe Pokemon cosplays maakt. Happy 40th anniversary to the Legend of Zelda! 🗡💚 This franchise is has been one of the closest to my heart! ❄️Zelda's snowy day on the Great Plateau ☃️ I have had this Zelda costume in my closet for 6 YEARS waiting for snow. This winter it was FINALLY TIME!😃 And how amazing it was!!! @ricecat.photos and I spontaneously went to shoot in the snow by our local beautiful old castle with view of the town's old church. It reminded me of the view of the Temple of Time on the Great Plateau a lot! It was so perfect😍 @ricecat.photos did so great picking this spot for the shoot, shooting the pics in the cold like a champ, and then also editing the photos at high speed 😭💙 I am SO happy we got to do this! Too bad there was no sun, but amazing nonetheless 😌 The falling snow in the photo where I am standing on the slope is real btw, it was snowing the much during that moment 🤣 I was shielding my eyes forreal lol I really wish we had snow more often, I think despite the societal disruptions it also brings out the whimsy in people. I wanna build a snowman soon!! I am so excited to share these photos! @amayamicosplay and I did the Aether siblings from Pokemon Sun/Moon at Viencon 🥹 This has been a dream of mine!!! Doesn't Yami absolutely SLAY my Gladion cosplay!?🥹🖤 I asked if they we're willing to be my Gladion and we were able to make it happen, which led to this awesome set of photos from that day 🙏 I made this new Lillie cosplay for Viencon. I cosplayed her for the first time in 2018, but I decided to completely remake the cosplay. Sadly I don't have a lot of footage of me making it since I was working so hard to finish it 😖 I'm still not satisfied at all with how it turned out, but I will make improvements for the next time I wear her! Pokemon Sun/Moon is very dear to my heart... especially the Aether siblings. Next year at Viencon, friends and are planning to do the whole family 😎 gotta make it happen!!! 🌫"... I was born to be happy." How are you doing KNY nation???!!! Since the release of the KNY movie, I got dragged back into the fandom full force! My gosh the movie was amazing! I read the manga but the whole movie hit me like a brick either way (which i also expected hahaha...). The infinity castle arc is my fav in the whole series, so I was SO excited about it. I am looking forward to the next big movie release so much. I love Muichiro, so I am very excited to see him on the big screen. However, I don't have a strict fav character in the series, so I feel like I am winning with each new animated part 😂 These photos are from 2022 from my amazing shoot with @pharifocus , but I remembered that I had not shared these yet. I made a Maria cosplay this spring! I got DEEP into the Sonic fandom last February when I watched the 3rd Sonic movie... the drop into Sonic hell was STEEP. I needed to get something out of my system to show my appreciation (and obsession) for the media, and I decided to cosplay Maria. I really love her story with Shadow so much!!! 😭 I decided to go with her most recent design, which is from Sonic x Shadow Generations. I wore Maria to Dokomi last month, and I had the lovely opportunity to take some photos with @drakecos as my Shadow 🥹 Thank you so much for indulging me when I walked up to you as a stranger and asked if you wanted to do a quick shoot together 🥹💙 it was GREAT!!! We're off to see the Wizard👠✨️🎶 Finally a Dorothy post! I already finished this cosplay a while ago, oops, but I was waiting for the poppies to bloom to do a shoot with her 🥹 I am so happy we managed to make it reality!! I decided to cosplay her after watching Wicked and the Wizard of Oz and consequently obsessing over the soundtrack lol. I loved Dorothy's dress so much in the 1939 movie, I decided needed to make it. I also thought it would make a perfect comfy cosplay. And it quite is! It's the first time since my FIRST COSPLAY (when I was 13) that I actually did a cosplay with my own hair! What! But hear me out, it's actually amazing for summer conventions 😭🙌 I wore her to DCC yesterday and it was the best outfit I could have chosen by far while it was so warm. Either way, it might be short lived, because I want to get a haircut very soon 🤣 I am super happy we managed to make this shoot reality before I might get the chop 💇‍♀️ The shoes! THE SHOES! Oh my gosh the sparkliest thing I've ever made 👠 ✨️ For the sequins, followed the same method as the YouTuber Alexandra Louise, she had a great method for it! Dress and blouse pattern is Simplicity 4136 🪡 which I heavily altered 😐 I ended up not making it screen accurate because this hobby is supposed to be fun and I didnt feel like suffering through trying to make the dress to a T 🤣 Anyway, a non-Japanese source cosplay! Ik ben Iris, ook wel @phantomiris Deze editie van CollectorsGarden heb ik de eer om te mogen jureren bij de cosplay wedstrijd! Ik cosplay al meer dan 12 jaar, maar ik ben nog veel langer dan dat een fan van Pokemon. Ik ben enorm blij dat ik die twee vlakken kan combineren. Hopelijk zie ik je bij de competitie! Her love for Anime and Video Games has lead her into the world of costume making and she hasn’t emerged since. While she has started with smaller sewing projects, she quickly moved on to larger costumes that involved more and more materials and techniques like 3D printing, foam work, electronics and lately also leather work and casting. One of her favorite aspects of cosplay is that there is no limits in what you can achieve and learn, and that each new projects teaches you something novel. Lisa has started competing in 2017 and has won several competitions since then. She has also been judging various cosplay contests in Germany in Norway in the recent years.
