The following are ready to haunt your taste buds... 💀🍻
Trepan Sisyphus : Take on a Belgian style white ale with an extra citrus punch from Cascade hops; coriander, orange peel, wheat
Trepan Thomas: A classic Belgian style white ale blended with a wheat based sour beer which brings out a citrus acidity and top vanilla spice note
la Dame Violette: A rustic type of beer; piney juniper, spicy rye, with underlying flavors of clove and fruity herbal Mandarins on top of some toffee sweetness
Cut Cone’s Cast: A dry hopped saison style beer; like a bohemian dude who plays an instrument you’ve never heard of; a bit floral like chamomile and fruity like muskmelon
Imbue Kang Kob: A deconstructed Thai pumpkin soup in a beer; subtle pumpkin yammyness and lime with upfront coconut
Inject Stijf: A fruited quick sour beer; watermelon up front followed by a lactic tartness with lime rounding out the finish
Bloodacres: Mixed fermentation wheat ale; sharply sour with restrained notes of Brett character, dry citrus finish. *fruited versions resemble notes of particular fruit
