We’ve had an incredible summer filled with family both Canadian and American, friends both Canadian and American, beautiful scenery, majestic mountains and the occasional wild creature. But this morning we said “see you soon” to our home in the north and began our 5th cross country adventure 💕🛻
This one will take us across Canada again to Halifax, Nova Scotia, to spend some time with Roger’s daughter, Charlene and Luigi. Then it’s down to the USA to see the leaves change then down the east coast and across the country to get back to Texas. ❤️🤍💙
Two weeks in the front of a pickup truck 🤪 Don’t think I could do this with anyone else, but I love doing life with this incredible man of mine!!!! I can’t wait to see what’s gonna happen next!!!🥰

I was born in 1962, and being 62 was an incredible year. We went on so many fantastic journeys across this beautiful continent…from Texas through Colorado to western Alberta then across Canada to Nova Scotia. After our amazing summer in Canada we drove back down through Yellowstone and Colorado then back to Texas to begin our journey of building our new home!!! All of this was shared with our amazing family and friends and that made each mile and minute so much more precious 🥰 And to put the the cherry on top of the sundae was becoming grandma to Sadie Grace 💖💖💖
Wednesday we moved into our new home to begin this chapter. My birthday snuck up on me with so much else going on, but as usual, Roger wouldn’t let me forget. When the doorbell rang Saturday morning, he said that I needed to get it. When I opened the door, the girl said, “We’ve never had a rose order this big!” 🌹🌹🌹
I guess, the adventures at 63 are going to be as big and exciting as they were at 62! I love you, Roger!! Thank you for making life such an incredible adventurea!!!💕💕💕
