I stopped under-eating, started prioritizing protein, and trained with a purpose, not just “working out,” but progressively overloading.
Body recomposition isn’t magic. It’s:
– Eating enough (especially protein)
– Lifting with intention
– Staying consistent long enough to see it through
The scale went up… and my physique completely changed.
