Our business incubation trainees have beautiful, artisan goods available in our high street shop.

JB, Upcycled Vintage Spy Theatre Seat from Sheringham Little Theatre
This unique Upcycled Vintage Spy Theatre Seat has been hand-restored in our London workshop. It features new black velvet upholstery on the seat and crisp white velvet on the backrest, with a freshly resprayed black frame. The base has been upcycled from a reclaimed table top and finished with a vinyl design inspired by a famous British spy franchise. This piece blends vintage theatre heritage with modern upcycled style and makes a striking statement.

Meet Gemma,
Gemma is a general assistant who supports the team, students, beneficiaries, and staff. She joined Petit Miracles in 2018 through a traineeship, making her one of the longest-serving team members. She began in the workshop, where she developed a strong passion and skill for upcycling, and after volunteering she joined the staff team in 2021. She enjoys working across both the workshop and shop, always willing to help and bringing a positive attitude. She especially values meeting new beneficiaries and supporting them through her own experience of completing the traineeship and building new connections.

For our first Community Spotlight, we visited Petit Miracles in Shepherd’s Bush Green, a much-loved local space giving discarded furniture a second life through upcycling.
But the real story is the people.
For over 17 years, their team has supported adults to build skills, confidence and new opportunities, while creating something genuinely useful and beautiful for the community.
And now, with Miracle Brews open inside, there’s even more reason to pop in, have a coffee and see it for yourself.
