Love Never Dies 2023/24!
I will never forget this show! I’m so lucky and grateful to have played with this incredible company for the past couple of months, meeting wonderful people and seeing the other side of the world. A great experience in China with @loveneverdies . I shall miss it very much !
The show goes on!
So my time at Manderley has come to an end. I cannot explain how awesome it has been to be a part of this fantastic 18 piece orchestra for @rebeccamusical . A huge thank you to Robert Scott, Tom Knowles, everyone in the orchestra, the cast and all the people behind the scenes to make Rebecca possible!
The show is still on until November 18th so please go and support this musical, I’ve loved every moment of it.
I’m off onto another adventure today but I won’t be forgetting this incredible show anytime soon.
Slide 3 is myself and the awesome @joekeenan95 enjoying one of our three open stringed moments
Slide 4 is being surprised by masks of my face provided by @drummerbasher
Slide 5 is the best parting gift for anyone from 🇲🇹, an entire box of Maltesers
Last week I had the incredible honour to perform for His Excellency President George Vella, alongside my dear friend @tomas.piano.matos . It had been over 2.5 years since I was last in Malta, and getting to perform in such a wonderful setting was the best way to go back to my old home.
I would also like to say a huge thank you to Maria Frendo for inviting myself and Tomás to perform in the Victoria International Arts Festival in Gozo, Malta’s
neighbouring island.
I had an incredible week and I will be back in Malta in August for a long overdue holiday.
Here are some photographs taken from the concert at the President’s Palace. #viola #malta #music
At the beginning of first year I looked like the little fella in the robe (I think that's Nigel Kennedy on the TV).
Now after 4 years of playing big violin, I'm proud to say I've graduated from Trinity Laban with a First Class Honours.
To all the people who have helped me along the way, professors, colleagues, friends and family. Thank you.
I had a lovely trip down musical memory lane today as I walked through the doors of the first music school I attended, the Johann Strauss School of Music in Malta.
The building is now based in a town called Hamrun but used to be in Malta’s capital, Valletta. It’s so nice to see so many wonderful improvements made to the classical music scene on the island after a decade. Featuring artwork by students from Mcast #Malta #claasicalmusic #school
