Almost nothing meaningful happens without good leadership. Leadership shapes culture and strong leadership creates environments where people can do their best work, take reasonable risks, disagree productively, and trust that they will be treated fairly. Real leadership requires a specific kind of physicality that enables someone to listen with full attention and generosity. This workshop is for anyone with a passion to develop their leadership skills.
The Professional Communicator is a three-day intensive workshop. Participants will be led through a series of exercises in body, breath, voice and presence to allow them to release their authentic voice, and learn how to tap into their natural presence.

For the last six Saturday's I've had the privilege to work with an amazing group of actors including Sierra Holder who was the 2025 recipient of The Dirt Underneath's Artist Residency Program and other applicants such as JD Leslie, Chris Boyle and Gordon Harper.
Over the six weeks, we delved into the importance of presence, body, and breath for the actor and how they are connected to having a free voice. This work laid the foundation to also work on AAVE and American South dialects. Thank you everyone for your commitment to your craft.
