‼️Reception details‼️
Let’s talk about reception details! Let your photographer do their job and allot them ample time to capture photos of the beauty that you’ve envisioned! Which means:
1) Schedule a time right after the ceremony for the photographer to capture the reception!
2) OR when the reception decoration is done, if early, alert your photographer that the reception is ready for them to capture! That includes the cake table + dessert table. We like the complete finished look.
3) Ban/don’t let anyone enter the space until photos are completed. Don’t let guests put things down into the photos are done!!
When there are two shooter, one of the photographers + videographer will capture the details while other photos are being done. That is why having two photographers is a huge incentive! They know how to divide and conquer!!
Same exact thing with ceremony details!!!
You and your team have worked hard on these beautiful details! Don’t miss out on the memories! They are as much for you as the guests. Often times the bride and grooms don’t get to see the complete product and only see it in pieces with people around! You also don’t want to forget your vendors! They want to have documentation of their creations as well - for their portfolio and their social media! Serve your vendors well!
