We’re honored to be joining the Mauli Ola Foundation (MOF) in their mission of bringing hope, strength, and community to individuals and families battling genetic disorders such as cystic fibrosis and cancer. Through the healing power of the ocean, MOF creates life changing surf experiences that truly embody the spirit of NFGU and Ohana Forever. Reminding every family they are never alone and to NFGU.
Since 2008, MOF has continued to impact families across the USA through surfing, connection, and community, and we’re proud to stand alongside them in supporting this incredible mission.
Last month I had the opportunity to shoot a collaboration between two of my favorite electric brands - TELO Trucks and LIND. Both are engineering marvels, and they gave me a ton of creative freedom to capture a cohesive set of frames across land and sea.
Special shoutout to legendary father/son surfing duo Peter and John Mel - watching them surf from above led to some of my favorite aerial work to date. Conditions that day were perfect: 75° and sunny, with glassy water on the bay by the time we rolled into the evening shots.
