The cover is here. Tell Peter I Love Him will be released on 1st September 2026. This book has been a long time coming. The support, messages, and honest feedback along the way have meant more than words can really capture. Every conversation, every person who has reached out or shared their thoughts has helped shape what this has become. A big thank you to @chiselbury for believing in my story and helping bring it to life. Giving this memoir a platform means everything to me. At its heart, this book is about giving my mum a voice. It is about telling her story with honesty, care, and the respect it deserves. It also touches on truths that were buried for a long time, things that quietly shaped my life in ways I did not always understand at the time. Some of it is hard to put into words, but it matters that it is told. This is not just about looking back, it is about making sense of it, and hopefully helping others who may have felt something similar but never quite had the words for it. If parts of this story feel familiar to you, you are not alone. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. The book is now available to pre-order via the link in my bio. #tellpeterilovehim

Back-to-back champions 🏆🏆 Carlson Gracie Farnborough proudly takes home the kids & juvenile team title at the British Open for the second year running! Huge thank you to our amazing coaches for their dedication and guidance, and to all the parents and families for the constant support behind the scenes. We couldn’t do it without you.

The Phoenix: Part 1 Everything just went grey. This was originally filmed during my time working alongside Gloves, Not Guns and youth services in Croydon. The brilliant James Baines and his team brought this piece together, with music kindly provided by the incredibly talented Hannah Peel, which I’ve always felt carried the emotion in this beautifully. Very grateful to everyone involved. #tellpeterilovehim

Looking back now… I think everyone in that house was carrying pain in their own way. #tellpeterilovehim

The older we get, the more friends we sadly lose. As many times I travel back, some things never change. The people of Motherwell remain the warmest , kindest , loyalist friends you could ever meet . Motherwell Family 🔴🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰🔵

From Chapter One, Tell Peter I Love Him I kept thinking… the door would open, and she’d walk back in. But she never did. #tellpeterilovehim

I got close to the wrong path and I’m grateful I didn’t go down it. That path was shaped by asking for help and talking openly. #tellpeterilovehim

Sometimes it’s not the people you expect, it’s the ones who show up when you need it most. I’ll never forget that ❤️ #tellpeterilovehim

I wrote this book to ultimately support and guide those to put there hands up, where they need to, and ask for some help. #tellpeterilovehim
