#michelguerard #eugenielesbains on our first visit here in 1978 the 3 star food was revolutionary. Today the food is still sublime. Our three night experience this week at Eugenie Les Bains was nothing short of sensational.
Non homogenised, pure Jersey yogurt. Cows milked by, yoghurt made by and sold by Jimmy at the @greatlakesfoodtrailnsw at Elizabeth Beach. @bevdoyle can’t stop eating it. Thanks Jimmy.
My first stop was London & dinner with Tom & Richard @noblerotmayfair Then to Vienna, Trieste Lake Bled (delicious Kremsnita) #3rdman museum a must in Vienna. On to #Bratislava & foraged produce in the #Tatra mountains.
