Holy smokes I’m going back to Europe! May 29th to June 6th.
I’ll be in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, ending at @berlinstringbash !For two of these shows in the Netherlands, I will be joined by my friends @officialjescoband

What a trip! Thank you to everyone who came out to the whirlwind mini tour of northern Spain! More specifically, big thanks to @goiatzdutto and @moonshinewagon for having me on the shows and for the hospitality. Can’t wait to come back solo and hopefully with @thedevilmakes3 as well! Next time more shows and more time to travel around. Already looking forward to the next time!

@petebernhard llegó primero. Solo y con su guitarra, poniendo el termóstato donde tenía que estar.
Después llegaron ellos, @moonshinewagon y ya no hubo vuelta atrás — quinteto en sala por primera vez, @will_mud al banjo, y el Antzoki convertido en otra cosa.
Gorka Sarriegi de Sorotan Bele subió al escenario y Marinelaren Zai sonó en directo por primera vez. Bajé la cámara. Hay fotos que no se hacen con los ojos.
@zurihidalgo cantó Txoria Txori y toda la sala cantó con ella. Todo el mundo. Al unísono. Eso no se dirige. Ocurre solo.
Y entonces los Backstreet Boys. Sí. Los Backstreet Boys. El Antzoki enloqueció y yo me olvidé de que era fotógrafo.

Conocido principalmente como cantante y compositor del trío de folk de Santa Cruz, California @thedevilmakes3 , Pete Bernhard ha estado de gira por Estados Unidos, Canadá y Europa durante casi 20 años. Procede de una pequeña comunidad del sur de Vermont y de una familia llena de músicos y artistas, inmerso en la música desde una edad temprana, Pete se sintió atraído por el blues tradicional de fingerpicking, el folk primitivo y la energía de la comunidad punk rock.
Sus canciones en solitario se nutren de diversas fuentes de la tradición folk estadounidense, entre ellas Doc Watson, The Reverend Gary Davis, Nick Drake, Robert Johnson y Townes Van Zandt. Pete Bernhard cuenta con tres lanzamientos en solitario en su sello discográfico Kahn Records.
“Harmony Ascension Division” presenta una colección de canciones folk sencillas e introspectivas que exploran temas como la nostalgia, el desamor y la reflexión personal. Ok now for a post in English. Holy crap, I’m going to Spain thanks to my friends @moonshinewagon ! I’ve only been to Spain once before and never to Bilbao so I’m stoked to be going back again after maybe 10 years or so? More dates coming soon, but for now I will be at Kafe Antzokia in Bilbao, Spain March 20th! I’m also almost done with a short solo tour in May on the way to @berlinstringbash - more information on that coming soon as well! Where else should I play solo? Anyone? Working on it. See you soon!
