I hate to say it, but ideas for these characters just don't come to me as often as they used to. I will continue posting Pixie and Brutus here and there, it's just not going to be as frequent as it was in the early years. I understand that may be disappointing for some people to hear. After all, a lot of you followed this page in the first place because of Pixie and Brutus. The simple fact is that I feel I've pretty thoroughly explored these characters. It's difficult to come up with ideas that don't feel derivative of comics I've already made. That's just how things go. Thank you for all the love you guys have given Pixie and Brutus over the years 🩷💚. More to come!... Just not as often 😅.
I recently heard an interesting argument about video games that went something like this: "Nowadays, video game technology has come so far that even small devs can make a hyper-realistic looking game. The focus should now turn towards style. Developers ought to create unique artistic visual styles rather than just trying to max out realism."

The hardest part about making this comic was spending so much time with my shirt off looking in the mirror. It's kinda chilly in my room but I needed a good body reference for the sword lady.
