The workshop still feels quieter than it used to. There are moments when the hum of the sewing machine and the soft sound of scissors on cloth feel almost sacred—like echoes of a presence that never really left. He wasn’t just part of this business—he was the business. He inherited this house of craftsmanship from his father before him and carried it through changing times with the same values he lived by: humility, excellence, and integrity. Perth Tailoring Co. is not mine. It’s his. It always will be. Today, I carry the shield he left behind. Not as an owner, but as its keeper. A custodian of the honour, legacy, and tradition that he so carefully built—not with wealth, but with meaning. This business is more than fine tailoring. It is a story. It is a dynasty.
