Later on, I had a chance to speak with a Global Societies Business class to talk about Perspective's journey. We've traveled to quite a few countries and learned a lot about the coffee industry. The good and the bad - families and farmers, agricultural needs, global warming impacts, black and brown barriers, and costs throughout the supply chain. This was an awesome experience to share my love for the coffee community and give inspiration to those looking to create their own stories in life...

Roasting coffee has skewed my opinion about coffee in that - I prefer it black no additives. I like to explore and understand the bean's origin, its heritage, the farmers who cultivated it, its fermentation process, what the roaster was able to create and pull from a raw product later to experience what a barista and water can extract into a cup...
Having a coffee shop that reminds you of this love for coffee because of the quality, staff, and experience is truly amazing...
Shout out to @hypergoatcoffee and all the baristas here - you make this space quite unique and a joy every visit.

What a gem! @flo.coffeebar is back up and running in the Venice area - with my man @gabevenegas_ bringing his creations to the people. The Scarlet was an amazing drink and they have an experimental on drip that's 🤯... A must if you're in the area...
Well... I am beyond impressed! Old Town has a coffee shop that is really worthwhile. I've heard of @hypergoatcoffee but this was first time visiting. Amazing coffees to choose from, great baristas, and a wonderful atmosphere. I was welcomed by @amigabarista who knew her coffee inside and out -she walked me through the coffees currently being offered. I live for these experiences (thank you).. I tried the coffee flight - three coffees, all pour overs, all very impressive. I met the head roaster Rodrigo - awesome guy with a lot of knowledge and heart in ☕ . An amazing option right in the heart of Old Town.... 🖤☕
