#FieldFriday calls for an aerial in-progress update!โ๏ธ๐ธ
From Canby, Oregon, to Portland, over to Cornelius, and up to Des Moines, Washington, our teams are making steady progress across a few of our active industrial and self-storage jobsites.
A huge shoutout to our crews for their hard work onsite each day, keeping these projects moving as they hit key milestones and prepare for the next phases. Here's a look from above at Sequoia Logistics Center, Sheet Metal Training Center, Des Moines Creek West, and U-Haul Cornelius as they continue to take shape.๐๏ธ

As @constructionsafetyweek comes to a close, weโre proud of the time and effort our crews put into the conversations that matter most.โค๏ธ
This week wasnโt just about reminders. It was about slowing down together, asking the right questions, and looking out for one another. We organized three fall protection demonstrations across three active jobsites, walked through real hazards, and talked openly about planning, speaking up, and stopping work when something doesnโt feel right. Those authentic conversations on and off-site are what stick.
Thank you to our crews, partners, and clients for showing up, engaging, and prioritizing safety day after day. Letโs carry this momentum forward and stay safe out there!

@constructionsafetyweek continues with today's theme: "๐๐๐๐๐๐๐."๐ค
Strong planning sets the job up for safe execution, but only if it's followed and reassessed as work evolves. Respect shows up when workers speak up, pause the job, and raise concerns without hesitation. Using Stop Work Authority and working together across trades helps eliminate STCKY (Stuff That Can Kill You) hazards and prevents serious injuries before they happen.

Day 3 of @constructionsafetyweek focuses on preventing falls.
Today, our crews are participating in OSHA's National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls. Falls remain one of the leading causes of serious injuries, yet most can be prevented with proper access, tie-offs, guardrails, and clear planning. This pause in work is our chance to check systems, confirm controls, and speak up before issues turn into incidents. Slowing down and doing it right is how we protect each other.๐ซถ

Welcome to day 2 of Construction Safety Week!
Todayโs theme is โrespond.โ Responding means planning ahead, controlling high energy hazards, and making adjustments before work begins. A strong safety culture shows up in these moments: when teams speak up, verify conditions, and put direct controls in place to prevent serious injuries and fatalities. This is how we protect our crews and hold ourselves accountable from planning through execution.๐

Construction Safety Week 2026 is here, reminding us why safety remains at the heart of our work.
Every day begins with the same promise: stay aware, look out for one another, and get home safely. This yearโs theme, Recognize, Respond, Respect, reinforces our responsibility to stay vigilant around high energy, high hazard work and take meaningful action to prevent serious injuries and fatalities. Throughout the week, our team will share their voices and experiences as we continue deepening a culture of care across every phase of every project.๐

It's been just over a month since our team mobilized in Wilsonville, OR, and the progress has been remarkable.๐
๐งCurrent interior work includes removing large sections of the existing waffle deck to support new high-pile storage area and cutting approximately 187 linear feet of concrete to install new coolant plumbing lines for Gerberโs large production equipment. The scope also includes adding two new loading docks and rerouting the existing water sprinkler system to align with the updated site design.
This space carries a lot of history for Perlo. We worked on this building years ago for a different client, making the return to transform a portion of the leased facility for @gerbergear especially meaningful.
