We built the day menu around things that feel comforting but are done with proper care and attention to detail.
From our omelette sandwiches in homemade milk buns to the poppy seed milk bun, bread and butter, and classic french toast. If you are staying for something sweet, we have the basque cheesecake and our lemon cream cake ready on the counter.

Tomorrow, May 12, we’re welcoming some very special guests behind the bar and in the kitchen. @balls.bucharest celebrates 7 years, and we’re happy to be part of their story for one night on Regina Elisabeta. 💌
Starting 17:00, they’re bringing the Ballsaq sandwich to PERL, alongside sour cherry shots and a special cocktail by Vio, inspired by their well-known Vișinată Sour. We’re adding dessert to the mix with a profiterole made by PERL for the occasion.
From 19:00, Mihnea takes over the music selection and we slowly settle into the evening together.

Menu Series — Vol. 2. May 7 🌸🍣
Sushi night at PERL.
Two menus, built around contrast: one with softshell crab and salmon, the other fully vegetal with grilled vegetables and avocado. Simple, balanced, made to sit well next to what’s happening at the bar.
At the bar, five drinks lined up to follow the food.
Sake meets gin and peach soju in Kasumi. Mezcal and sesame in Mestini. Rum goes two ways: fresh with mint and sesame, or deeper with pandan and wasabi honey. And a shot to close things properly.
It starts at the table, but the night naturally shifts towards the bar.
