Now leading Gold Bar at EDITION in Tokyo, Andrei brings a perspective shaped across his time in London, Osaka, and Tokyo. From the creative spirit and the rhythm of Tokyo, Andrei’s cocktails balance seasonality and experimentation with clarity and quiet energy. The evening is presented in partnership with @theorientalistspirits , inspired by the botanicals, spices, and flavours found along the historic Silk Road. One night shared at Peridot on 21 May.

Friends of Peridot During Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants earlier this week, we welcomed @mobarshenzhen - ranked No. 21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 - for an evening shaped by the energy of the industry gathered in Hong Kong. Familiar faces from across the region filled the room, while tigerchang_ took the bar with cocktails as vibrant and expressive as the evening itself.
