This week’s office - kitchen table, coffee shop, walk bh the river, an old car, and an ice bath. We’re not a traditional team. We never have been. Flexible working for us means trusting that the output matters more than where it happens. And this week, it happened everywhere! The honest truth about flexible working for high performers 👇 ✅ Your best thinking rarely happens at a desk ✅ Autonomy drives performance more than structure ✅ Life stops fighting work when you stop separating them rigidly But also — ⚠️ The boundaries blur fast ⚠️ Switching off is a skill, not a given ⚠️ Flexibility without discipline is just chaos with good lighting Where’s your office been this week? 👇 #flexibleworking #performingperfectly #highperformance #teamwork #worklifeintegration womenwhwork leadership

You didn’t pause your career development on maternity leave. You just did it somewhere nobody gave you credit for it. 🤍 This one’s for every woman who walked back into the office feeling like she had to earn her seat back. You’re not starting over. You walked back in with more than you left with. ✨ Save this if you needed to hear it. ✨ Tag a woman who needs to hear it too. And if you’re at that stage right now, Her Edit is a one-day programme designed for exactly this. June 11th, Shropshire. Leadership isn’t just about decisions…it’s about how you communicate them. Especially when every person in the room needs something different. Wha kind of leader will you be today? #leadership #effectivecommunication #leadershipanddevelopment #performancecoaching

You asked for the story behind her edit - this is our why. The return to work after motherhood or loss isn’t just a continuation…it’s a transition into a new version of yourself. We’re developing an experience that supports that shift - helping women refine their professional skills, rebuild momentum, and re-enter the corporate world with clarity and confidence. #performingperfectly #learninganddevelopment #womeninbusiness #returningfrommaternityleave

Hoping we don’t offend with this one! Internal training has its place… but it’s not the same as being challenged from the outside. More organisations are moving learning in-house (over 50% now prioritise internal development) but familiarity rarely drives real transformation. When training is delivered internally: → People hold back and don’t open up → Conversations stay safe surface level → Challenge gets diluted and any change shifts back to old ways within a matter of weeks Also, spoiler: being great at your job doesn’t mean you can deliver a powerful programme and that’s completely fine! External leadership development brings: ✨ Objectivity ✨ Fresh perspective ✨ Real challenge It breaks the echo chamber and creates the discomfort that drives growth. The strongest organisations don’t choose internal or external they blend both. Because context matters… but challenge changes behaviour. #LeadershipDevelopment #L&D #Leadership #Growth
