Meet Aurora @___aurora & Patrick @p43ke1 - our next guest performers: Aurora is a dancer and performer from Greece currently based in Berlin. Through her work she explores physical limits, the possibilities that open up when contrasting ideas are mixed, and how the mind and body can let go of identity, opening new gates of existence, where transformation is fluid and boundless. She uses playfulness, absurdity, imagination and humour to unlock unfamiliar pathways of movement, and her goal is to unlock unknown unknowns, and through it, discover and bring new perceptions and emotions to life. Patrick is a multidisciplinary movement artist working at the intersection of corporeality and media. His journey began in Moscow, rooted in street culture, theater, and dance. The foundation of his lies in unconventional methods and conscious freestyle. Since relocating to Germany, he has been exploring body intelligence and the relationship between physicality and media. Another gem in the list of our guest performers: Pelin Terzi @pelsho a movement director, choreographer, and coach. She is working at the intersection of dance and visual art, she creates deeply atmospheric, almost cinematic performances. She also leads her own collective, @pel.show_ with which she recently created AKIN — an experimental film exploring the tension between collective synchronicity and personal experience, where movement becomes a language of emotion and inner dialogue. Welcoming our second guest performers! Another duo that will shake our hearts on May 9: Kate & Veronika @veroniqa.x @kateslezak Kate Slezak is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice explores how embodied frameworks and practices of presence shape process and performance. Her work centers on site-specific performance and the body’s relationship to technology and digitalization, alongside facilitating spaces for collective connection. Veronika Tikhonova is a performance artist and a choreographer. Her practice exposes the poetics of erotism, post-internet, the expansions and restrictions of bodily and sensory experiences and power dynamics as a tool.
