This year when discussing who to book, we decided to keep it ALL homegrown. We’re proud to be a part of the London house scene and gassed to be able to provide a platform for the underground Dj’s who keep things percolating all year round. This is for them, this is for the CULTURE. @perempay
A fan favourite Perempay (@perempay ) cut his teeth as a Grime DJ but over the years his sound has been firmly rooted in deep, afro and soulful House. Along with DaVinChe, is responsible for the UK Funky classic, ‘In The Air’ with Katie Pearl.
The beautiful record ‘Time To Let Go’ with Cleo Sol is another classic record that still warms dance floors whenever it is played. Perempay is a legacy act at #TilTwo and has had some huge moments dating back to 2010 with his set with Gemini at Ruby Lo as well as the unforgettable set in 2019 with J’Rome.
With records like ‘This Is Not A Game’, ‘Broken’, ‘Joyride’ being released in 2023, musically Perempay keeps on evolving whilst consistently delivering behind the decks. It’s been 5 years since we last had Perempay and we are very excited to welcome him back next Friday at Here at Outernet (@hereldn )
