Canned, green lentils

Store Bought coleslaw
Sliced uncooked broccoli stems
Smoked Hummus
mixed green leaves, rocket & spinach being favs
For the dressing the chickpeas and lentils
Warm coconut oil
Salt-N-Pepa

Add lemon I don’t have a lemon at the time but I think it would break up the thickness of the dressing. Cucumbers would make a great addition too
I’m black, so I don’t really do measurements my ancestors just tell me when to stop, but if you’re a newbie my hack is start small, taste often and when it starts to smell good that’s your winner.
When the coconut oil mixes with the chickpeas and lentils it sticks as it cools, which really intensifies the favour, you will forget anything was every canned.
