Self-Perform Paint played a key role in preparing the Morton Gallery at the Art Institute of Chicago for its newest installation. Our team taped, primed, and painted more than 5,500 square feet of exhibit walls, standing 15 feet tall and stretching 180 feet long. In addition, our team refreshed existing walls throughout the space and completed new floor coating installations, helping ensure the gallery was ready on time and to the highest standard. #SelfPerformPaint #InteriorPainting
How do we know an air barrier is performing? We test it.
Using ASTM E1186, our team applies negative pressure and looks for bubbles. If they show up, we make corrections. If they don’t, we know the system is ready to go.

National Rebuilding Day is always a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together with purpose. Partnering with Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, our team worked inside and out, focused on making a home safer, stronger and more welcoming.
What made the day even more meaningful was working side‑by‑side with the homeowner and her daughter, who jumped right in to help plant flowers and complete the landscaping. Their gratitude, teamwork and pride in their home reinforced why this work matters so much.
It’s never just about the repairs. It’s about dignity, connection and building community together. Shout-ut to our team captains, Kevin Erickson, Brian Hope and Kirk Beutke. We were grateful to be part of a day that truly made a difference and proud of everyone who showed up to lend their skills and their hearts. #NationalRebuildingDay #RebuildingTogether #Teamwork #TomorrowTransformed

Thank you to the team who helped plan another great event, and congratulations to Amritpal Chohan on being this year’s winner.
