Small arrangement, big impact 🌺
A quick look at how I pulled together the bud vase arrangements for last weekend’s supper club.
I started by choosing stems with different shapes and movement, then built each vase one by one so they felt connected but not identical. The aim was something loose, considered, and easy to move around the table as guests arrived.

When it comes to picking a vase for flower arranging, you need smaller than you think.
If the opening is bigger than about 10cm, you suddenly need way more flowers and materials than is practical. It gets expensive fast and it’s harder to make it look full.
Keep the opening small and you can build bigger from there. You get that lush, full look without using loads of stems.
One of my favourite places to find affordable vases for personal use, events and workshops is @sostrenegrene . You can easily pick up unique vases for under £10, swipe to see a few that I’ve been eyeing.
