The Glorious Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania Black Pre-Law Association and Penn Carey Law School’s Black Law Students Association, is excited to offer this opportunity for those attending the 2026 Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander Conference on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
To participate, attendees must be registered for the conference and be present at the event, where the winners will be announced.

All proceeds will go toward supporting The Tanner House, where Dr. Alexander lived during her time at Penn, in honor of her legacy as the first Black woman to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Law School and a trailblazing charter member of the Glorious Gamma Chapter.
This past week, Penn BLSA members traveled to Nairobi, Kenya as part of our annual Pan Africa Service Trip — an experience rooted in service, solidarity, and growth. From engaging with local communities to gaining firsthand exposure to the practice of law in one of Africa’s most dynamic legal landscapes, our members returned with broadened perspectives on what it means to be a lawyer in an interconnected and rapidly changing world. We are proud of everyone who made the journey and grateful for the communities that welcomed them.
