For this 1959 single-story ranch home, we completed a site visit to confirm the roof pitch and ceiling structure.
The project involves raising the original 8-foot ceilings to 11.5 feet, giving the home a true cathedral feel with more height, strength, and natural light.
This structural upgrade sets the stage for exposed beams and tongue-and-groove finishes—bringing a bold, modern edge to a classic ranch-style home.
