Due to recent wet weather, our R U OK? Day BBQ was slightly delayed, but we were thrilled to finally come together on site at the Willowdale Community Centre.
At Peloton, we believe it’s important to do more than just build projects, we want to build a culture of care. Taking time out for a BBQ is our way of showing support to all our workers and subcontractors, reminding everyone to check in, have a chat, and ask the simple but powerful question: R U OK? 💛
A big thank you to our site team for making the day possible and to everyone who joined us for great food, good conversation, and a reminder that mental health and wellbeing are just as important as the work we do on site.
