We're re-'berthing' the 1980's on the Gold Coast.
We're proud to announce the redevelopment of Mariner's cove. Adjacent to the Versace and Sheraton Mirage, we are honoured to partner with the Gold Coast City Council in delivering their new masterplan for The Spit.
This $480 million precinct will refresh the concept of luxury living on the Gold Coast. Including redevelopment of the Marina, a six-star hotel, floating beach club, high-end retail and over 5000sqm of food and beverage, we are certain this development will attract the luxury Gold Coast deserves.
The marina will house 70 superyacht berths each up to 45 metres in length. The tenants from the superyacht marina will also have access to the proposed hotel.
We also estimate that this project will create 650-700 full-time jobs over hospitality, retail and marine industries. This piece of infrastructure we are developing will welcome people from all over and Australia and the rest of the world.

Why tear down walls that are already as good as anything you might be looking to put up in their place?
There are unique propositions, such as the John Darling and Sons flour mill Pelligra is currently repurposing. A landmark 90-year-old structure at Albion, in Melbourne’s western suburbs, it offers some incredible challenges, but we have worked with Heritage Victoria to retain its historic character.
Having been an intricate, multi-level, purpose-built structure, there was a lot that simply couldn’t be retained if we were to turn it into anything viable, however wherever structural or non-structural features could be preserved, restored, and utilised we have done so.
