Morning meditation
Wanted to share this heavenly view. Last full day in Costa Rica.
Breathing.
Absorbing the golden morning sunlight.
Sounds of the birds and river below.
Feeling the breeze pass over the mountains, through the jungle and into your heart.
Watching the clouds roll softly roll over the hilltops.
Releasing past, present or future concerns.
Being present.

After so many adventures from traveling, a lot of hiking, looking for sloths, crossing hanging bridges, discovering waterfalls, crawling and climbing through caves, it was refreshing to enjoy my last day in Arenal/La Fortuna @paradise_hot_springs for some relaxation in their volcano thermal and mineral hot springs.
Tomorrow it’s on to my next location here in Costa Rica.
Filtering intake of all the negativity in this world lately or else it will drive me even crazier then I already feel. 🤪
