Dear loyal friends, we came to Dickens Yard with hope and optimism that we could bring you a much larger offering with fun and laughter .Sadly the unit we expected to occupy was not available to us. We came into this temporary unit, on a one month rolling basis. No schedule of condition was carried out. The unit has many issues. Suddenly we were told that we had to sign a back dated lease with a schedule of dilapidation! We refused! We were told if we did not sign we would be “kicked out”!. I refused to sign and here we are!
