This year has been a profound teacher. Life doesn’t always follow the script, but it is our responsibility to decide how we respond. When I had the accident it didn’t feel like having bad luck, it felt like a test. I think over the past few months I figured out why God tested me that way and I will continue on going and exploring that path of re-evaluation to live in alignment with my core.

I feel incredibly blessed to have family and friends who carried me when I couldn’t walk alone.
They were a big part in keeping me positive throughout the pain and getting back on track.
