Porsche Human Performance has been preparing a group of British Superbike riders for the 2026 race season with an intensive four-day training camp in Mallorca.
Each morning featured a three-hour road bike session targeting different energy systems designed to push riders to the limit. Afternoons were dedicated to recovery, optimal nutrition, and the occasional round of golf to reset both body and mind.
By 5:00pm, it was time for the gym. Sessions began with hip and spine mobility work, followed by activation exercises for the shoulder and trunk stabilising muscles. The day concluded with heavy upper-body, trunk, and grip strength training. Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat.
