The Costco Business Centre in Winnipeg opened up to the public on Friday, March 27, 2026.
After the new Costco was completed in West Winnipeg in late 2025, the existing 139,000 square foot Costco on St. James was converted to a Business Centre.
This is Costco's 11th business centre in Canada.

New Year, New Costco!
Construction is progressing on the new Costco warehouse build in Albany, New York. Set to open Summer 2026, the 160,000 square foot warehouse will be the first Costco in the region.
The Peak head office team kicked off the new year with a lunch hour skate at the local arena. While some of the team may have practically grown up on the ice, for others it was brand new territory!

Wrapping up the year with another Costco Canada Business Centre. After completing the new Costco in Newmarket, Ontario earlier this year, the existing Costco warehouse in nearby East Gwillimbury, Ontario, was renovated into a 137,000 square foot Business Centre on a 12.79-acre property that includes 463 parking stalls, a 9,700 square foot cooler, 4,550 square feet of freezer space and 13-stall delivery truck compound.
This business centre opened on December 6, 2025, just in time for everyone’s holiday shopping!

There was a lot of local excitement around this Costco Business Centre in the Queensborough area of New Westminster, BC. This project involved conversion of the existing Lowe's warehouse to the first Costco Business Centre in British Columbia. The 135,000 square foot warehouse opened to the public on November 14, 2025.
