This past weekend in the breathtaking surrounds of Killcare NSW 🌴 9 very special women & 1 very clever chef 👨🍳 came together at ‘Salute’ Wellness Retreat.
The intention for Salute was to create a space away from the usual hustle of everyday life - where our guests could breathe, nourish and move their bodies with purpose, and come away feeling like the best versions of themselves ✨
That intention was truly met - and in such a beautiful and powerful way 💫
Some highlights included:
🤸🏽 @croftpilates pilates, yoga, breath work & beautiful meditation sessions which brought many to tears in all the right ways 🥲♥️
🍝 A fun-filled pasta making workshop with @goodplatenutrition & Chef @peachsnaps - approaching nutrition with balance & how we should be looking to nourish ourselves with every meal in the most delicious ways possible 🤌🏼
👨🍳 The incredibly fresh, delicious and nutrient-dense menu by our private Chef @peach_snaps which kept us going all weekend - every morsel was so insanely satisfying 🤤
🍷 Stunning @desaliswines perfectly matched to lunch and dinners
🌴A rockstar location in @launa_killcare - the photos simply don’t do it justice 📸
🤝 So many belly laughs brought on by strong connection, breath work and stupidly funny storytelling 😉
We cannot begin to explain how grateful we are for all of our guests, their enthusiasm and energy that they brought to Salute. Thank you 🙏🏻
