INTROS are imperative
Sets the tone.
Decides the mood and
Just ushers in the right energy if done right.
But as an Event Host, I believe something else matters just as much:
Your OUTRO, your sign out, your drops mic đ€
Because how you end a program is what lingers.
Itâs the final feeling you leave in the room.
The last emotional touchpoint before everyone goes home.
Thatâs why I donât treat my closing remarks like a formality.
I prepare for it. I feel the room.
I listen throughout the event.
And when itâs time to close, I bring everything together intentionally - scripted or free-styled.
The applause at the end of this very moment at the El-hazy glittas launch meant a lot to me, not just because people clapped, but because it confirmed something I strongly believe:
People may forget parts of the program
but they will always remember how you made them feel before they left.
And that, too, is part of the job đ€
So if youâre looking for the host that cares about the end just as much as the beginning, you know where to find me - my DM or my mail [email protected]

Letâs dive into DAY 2 of the @mentormatchup 7.0 which unveiled with this powerful dramatic RED CARPET INTRO SCRIPTED & DELIVERED BY ME.
Intro so good it needs its own post đ€
Iâm of the opinion that red carpets are your guests first point of contact, also they play a major part in your event recap post-production, hence why I put so much effort into them.
I was delivering the intro and the hallway stopped to stare at such grace I carried and the excellence i exuded đŻ I got a clapping ovation too when I finished đ
If youâre watching this and still thinking if you should hire me as your EVENT/RED-CARPET HOST OR NOT - this should answer you.
My fellow event host, rate this@delivery over 10 đ€
Thank you @zinnyzulu for letting me do this maâam. It was honour to be a part o your trailblazing movement and to serve đ«Ą.

In August 2025, @winfreyagbelese was on a gratitude challenge (she clearly has a thing for challenges đ ).
One of the ways she chose to thank God was by giving back, blessing someone with what she had been blessed with:
The gift of speaking.
The gift of presence.
The gift of impact.
Long story short⊠I was selected.
I got to spend 2 full days with her â watching her live, asking all my questions, and getting a real feel of what TV presenting truly looks like behind the scenes.
I took so many videos and pictures.
I was excited. Ready to edit & bit post.
I even told her, âIâll edit and tag you.â
Ladies and gentlemen, now tell me whyâŠ
I didnât post anything for almost a year đ
I edited three different versions.
Still, something felt off. I could never hit post!
It was almost like God was saying, âNot yet.â
Fast forward 6 months laterâŠ
She launches a 90-day V3 Communications Challenge.
And on the final day â the intimate live partyâŠ
Guess who hosted? Me.
Tell me that isnât a full-circle moment.
So now I look back and ask myself â
would that content have made more sense then?
When it would have just looked like me
showing off that âI visited a media houseââŠ
Or now?
When it stands as a testament to who she truly is:
Who she has always been
A woman committed to teaching, imparting, and pouring into others.
So Today, I give her her flowers đș đ Let her have it while she can smell them.
Iâm grateful to be in her corner.
Grateful to be in her circle.
Grateful for her guidance, her prayers, her encouragement.
And I know this is just the beginning.
Day 1. đ€

I want you to know this:
We are all still a work in progress.
I need you to understand that
âUnfinishedâ doesnât mean ugly.
âBehind the scenesâ doesnât mean unpublishable.
Youâre simply in a season ~ one that is just as important as the spotlight.
Dancers & speakers know this.
Athletes & gymnast understand it deeply.
You see that backstageâŠ
is what sustains what happens on stage. It Influences and determines the spotlight performance
The period where the world doesnât see you, itâs perfect timing too. Perfect time to:
Self audit.
Self improve.
Self position, because like a âjangilovaâ no matter how high it goes, the swing must come back.
So if today feels a little blank,
a little slow,
a little too quiet,
or a little âin betweenââŠ
Youâre not off track.
Youâre just in process and I hope that helps.
Happy new month of May from me and I remain the host that creates unforgettable experience.

I didnât learn leadership in a classroom.
I learned it the day I became the first child.
In Igbo culture, being an Ada is not just a title
Itâs an assignment.
Before I could fully spell the word âresponsibilityâ
I was already living it. Watching over siblings. Making decisions. Being the one people looked to when things were uncertain. Leading not because I was asked to, but because the position demanded it.
That is Africaâs oldest and most overlooked leadership school and yet somehow, we have produced a generation of leaders who lead like nobody is watching, who hold positions like personal property, and who confuse authority with accountability. We celebrate titles but skip the work of becoming.
That is why Dr. Linus Okorie MFR sat down and wrote 365 chapters. Not because Africa lacks people in power. But because Africa desperately needs people who understand the power in that power and what that power is actually for.
Come May 2nd, the Leadership365 Conference brings that conversation into a room of 365 people live in Abuja, for everyone who is done watching Africa underperform its own potential.
This is my entry for the Leadership365 Video Challenge and Iâd love to win but beyond that, this is what I believe and Iâd love for this message to land with whoever needs it today.
My last words
Get the book.
Attend the conference.
And if you are a first child, you already know. Leadership was never optional for us.
It never was for Africa either.
Thank you Dr Linus for this incredible opportunity.

âPlease be funny o⊠make sure you crack jokes.â
Our favourite line from our lovely clients đ
And honestly, I get it. No one wants a boring event, no matter how formal.
But hereâs the balance: Comedians crack jokes. Event hosts donât.
We are facilitators, communicators, the bridge between your agenda and its execution. That saidâŠ
HUMOUR SHOULD NEVER BE LOST ON A GREAT HOST.
Now watch this video again & letâs dissect it.
I got the audience to laugh, but not by cracking new jokes, I was just attentive and creative.
I picked a line that had already resonated in the room during a keynote speech by @funtoibuoye
Added a bit of exaggerated body language.
Connected with one person in the audience (the Convenersâ mum)
Code-mixed.
And just like that⊠RIPPLE EFFECT đ
(You could literally see my client bending over to not miss the fun, she was happy đ)
Because beyond structure and timing, we are still working with people and people respond to:
Warmth.
Wit.
Moments that let the room breathe.
(Country hard, abeg đ )
So yes, I will make your audience smile.
Yes, I will create moments of ease and connection.
But not by forcing jokes or turning your event into a comedy show while missing my real assignment.
Because thereâs a difference and finding that is where the magic really is.
So if youâre looking for a host who is composed and professional ~ yet able to add warmth and colour amidst the blue suits and slick hairs âŠ
Youâve found her đ€

By the way: who was the mentor I was referring to in the video? And who was the Convener/client? Correct answer gets something đ€đ„°

They say âwomen donât support womenââŠ
But rooms like this tell a different story.
A room filled with power, precision, influence and most importantly, ACCESS.
Honoured to have stood at the intersection between storytelling and collaboration as the Red Carpet Host at the @gah_iwd GAH International Womenâs Day Conclave 2026
Grateful to @princess_oghene for the opportunity, and for building a platform where women donât just connect, they position and rise.
And of course thanks to my mama @_victorywilson for doing what she does best đ
This is what it looks like when collaboration becomes strategy.

One time, I started to get tired of the constant red carpet interview bookings (lol)âŠ
Until I met two people.
One is Mr Banky W, as seen in this video.
The other is Mr @ejike.egbuagu , Giant Builder of Moneda Africa.
I was the red carpet host for Nepal Energy in January when Mr. Ejike came up for his interview.
It was my very first time meeting him.
As he sat down, I hadnât even landed with my pleasantries when he said and I quote:
âPeace, right? Your work precedes you. You ask great questions.â
I will never forget those words in a hurry. It healed something in me
And some times I catch myself praying for him, thanking God he didnât hold back.
Fast forward to today ~ hereâs why my clients call me back every time:
Not because I ask the right questions â
But because I ask the right questions to the RIGHT person at the RIGHT time â
And do you know what that reeks of?
Research. Intentionality. Excellence.
That moment you see from Banky W â the pause, the expression⊠Thatâs my aim
And that doesnât come from
âwhat are you wearing?â
or
âwhy are you here tonight?â
Anyone can hold a microphone.
But I create moments that make high-profile guests feel seen, think deeply, and respond meaningfully.
Thatâs the difference. The one thing that elevates your event, your brand, and your audience experience.
So if youâre putting together an event where the conversations matterâŠ
You already know who to call đ€
