The DoJ needs to start criminal prosecution under 18USC241 Conspiracy to Deprive Constitutional Rights and 18USC242 Conspiracy to Deprive Constitutional Rights Under the Color of Law.

Disappointing is an understatement. The Supreme Court has abdicated their Article III Constitutional duties to uphold the Constitution

Thank you Firearms Policy Coalition for supporting my case challenging the Constitutionality of Suppressor restrictions under the Unconstitutional National Firearms Act.
We went through Peterson 1.0 and Peterson 2.0 and Peterson 3.0 in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and even submitted our petition for a writ of certiorari with the US Supreme Court.
However disappointing, the Supreme Court was not willing to rule on the Constitutionality of NFA.
So even though the Government and the Court agreed that Suppressors are protected under the 2nd Amendment I am still having to report to prison soon.
But those who know me knows that I never going to stop fighting for our Constitutionally protected Rights.
I am challenging this unjust conviction to have it overturned and dismissed under another procedural rule and need help with the legal costs.
No matter what the Unconstitutional National Firearms Act needs to be fully repealed and nullified as well as other Anti American Gun Control laws.
This is my mission now.
