Walking the block. A bit quieter with students gone so we are ready for summer visitors and Palouse Summer Series teams!
Do you love the slower vibe or miss the hustle? Where are you traveling to this summer? I am headed to Portland, Seattle, Florida, and likely Texas!
Thank you to artist Ruth B. For painting these two Palouse-scapes baseballs for the baseball hunt for Palouse Summer Series 11u & 12u players.
This Saturday’s hunt occurs 9AM-1 PM at Pullman’s Market on Main which happens in front of Neill Library, Downtown Pullman. Team players that find the balls take it to the booth listed to redeem their prize. Note: winner must be a player for this weekend’s Palouse Summer Series and wear their team hat or shirt/jersey to prove it. 🧢 👕⚾️
Also, players can stop by Palouse Country Candy to guess the number of mini baseballs in a jar. Winner get a $10 gift certificate to Palouse Country Candy and the contest ends at 1 PM on Saturday!
Welcome Palouse Summer Series 11u & 12u families! These Downtown Pullman baseball related challenges are meant for team players and winners must wear team hat or shirt/jersey to redeem prizes. We will post when all prizes have been won. 🏆
We are also mentioning additional Downtown Pullman happenings to make your visit packed with fun!
Good luck this weekend! 🧢⚾️

One way some alums are trying to help Cougs find affordable lodging during the upcoming football season.
3 month short term lease through Dabco! I think I saw $1,200 per month.
Share if you can and let’s pack the stadium and Pullman!
Happy Graduation week to UI students! Activities with * mean please check to confirm they are continuing during the summers. We do not have time to confirm as we are headed to Seattle for the week.
It takes a couple of weeks to recover from a big event like Blooms & Tunes, but we do not think we said thank you enough to some key volunteers. In addition to volunteers for decorating the Plaza in Alice in Wonderland and running the craft tables, these two volunteers went the extra mile. SYG Nursery also lent us flowers and plants for 24 hours which was an amazing opportunity.
Floral Design by Katya created two floral installations and provided most our fresh flowers for arrangements.
Walk with Me Photography administered the photography contest which is a lot more work than it looks like, between finding the photographers, printing the photos, framing and displaying them.
Thanks to each and every one of them. The event would not be possible without their dedication to Pullman.

I'm excited to join the talented local artist-vendors.
Special thanks to @kelpymart for assistance in market preparations!

So great to see Mang’s open today in Downtown Pullman. Show this owner some respect for plowing through the flooding to hang strong and stay on target. The decor is top notch, and we cannot want to try them!
