Our latest mix offering comes from Calum, a Berlin based DJ and Slinky party organiser.
Introduced to electronic music through bands like Depeche Mode and Pet Shop Boys, Calum’s selections favour groove and emotion over rigid genre boundaries. Gravitating towards records that unfold gradually, giving dancers room to breathe. This is the ethos that sits at the heart of @slinkyberlin a queer night he runs alongside other like minded DJs.
Calum’s mix is a stellar all-vinyl mix journeys through classics as well as deeper synth-pop, electroclash, and minimal cuts. A refreshing take on the PDA sound 💞
PDA MIX 26 ♥ I-F
Another heavy addition to our PDA mix series coming from none other than acid disco legend I-F.
A masterclass captured live when we had the pleasure of hosting him at our last party. 2.5 hours of Acid bleeding into disco into house into electro. The full spectrum, the way it’s meant to be heard.
I-F is the reason PDA exists & this mix is undeniable proof of that!

PDA MIX 25 ♥ Tam Tam
Our next mix comes from PDA co-founder Tam Tam captured at the last Public Display of Affection in March.
Recorded live ( before the recorder ran out of juice ) during one of his infamous marathon closing sets. Excellently soundtracking the sun & sweat that drenched our beloved dancefloor until late Sunday afternoon.
Mutiple hours of acid laden punk disco perfection.
Lots of PDA classics, dubbed out FX & a couple of curveballs.

I-F is a living legend. A true hero to us with an impact so profound that entire movements would never have emerged without his vision.
Forged in the squats & pirate radio stations of The Hague during the early ‘90s, I-F went on to launch the iconic Viewlexx and Murdercapital labels while shaping a unique approach to DJing that’s influenced an entire generation. From Disco to Acid, Electro to Italo, Techno to ABBA, all played with a raw punk attitude.
With the now cult classic mix series Mixed Up in The Hague Vol. 1 & 2 he reignited interest in Italo and Electro, bringing overlooked tracks into the canon we now consider essential. I-F is also credited with “inventing”’ electroclash in 1997 with his track ‘Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass’ rewriting the rules & leaving a permanent mark on the evolution of dance music 👾💕
Still unpredictable. Still pushing forward. I-F will continue to build the sound of the future on Saturday March 28th at our secret Neukölln location.

For the next instalment of our PDA mix series, we’re excited to welcome DJ and DIY party starter Peoplelikeusdj.
Hailing from Bristol, Chris has spent the past 14 years championing some of the world’s most exciting artists through PLU. A community focused party and vital institution consistently pushing raw, honest music and serving Bristol’s queer community.
When they’re not throwing some of the UK’s most special DIY parties, Chris is a serious force behind the decks and this mix is proof of that. Despite never having stepped foot onto a PDA dance floor before, they instinctively understand the sound. One listen to this recording and you’ll hear exactly why we knew they were the perfect addition to our ever growing series of like minded DJs.
