House of Smith Jet City Tasting Room flawlessly embraces and elevates its industrial heritage. The award-winning 32,000 square-foot, two-story office building and steel-framed warehouse designed by @olsonkundig houses the winery’s operations from first crush to final pour. Project highlight: This 18-story, 400-room luxury hotel developed by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe offers sweeping views of Mount Rainier and the Olympic mountain range while delivering luxury dining, spa and recreational facilities for guests.
PCS designed a 323,000 SF, 7-story parking structure addition to the existing 7-story parking structure at Muckleshoot Casino. This additional parking serves the new resort, providing additional capacity for large events. The parking structure is a post-tensioned, one-way system with exterior concrete moment frames. Project Highlight: Named for a historic plywood mill on downtown Olympia’s East Bay, this project is comprised of two 9,200 SF townhome buildings and a 142,000 SF mixed-use apartment building with 87 total luxury living units.

Jackie is the first person guests meet and she sets the tone in our Tacoma office with her warm and welcoming personality. Project Highlight: The 78,500 square foot Thurston County Readiness Center is a two-story, masonry facility for administration, training and storage occupancies. The team solved a large number of detailing challenges due to the complexity of the project’s light monitors, complex roof angles, and exposed structure.
