Chillboards by @coorslight was a project that allowed art to serve a functional purpose for the community. Painting the roofs white allow for the building to stay significantly cooler allowing residence to lower their electricity bill. I never prayed for times like these. When I started getting paid to take peoples pictures and videos I just saw it as something to do while trying to find a job. I thank God for helping me find @noledgeproductions . I am in utter disbelief that this year two of our projects won a bronze and silver @cannes_lions and now we won a gold for Best Documentary. God is good. Everyone probably thinking yesterdays price…i mean yeah for sure todays price has to change but to build something from scratch and see it organically grow without any paid promotion is a blessing. There are no words to describe how exciting, frustrating, sad, and confusing it has been to watch @noledgeproductions become what it is today. I had to learn how to learn from my mistakes and I had to learn how to not be afraid of making mistakes. Big respect to my mentor and friend @iam_setfree . We stayed true to ourselves. @noledgeproductions & @thecompound_ are an award winning duo and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Family business.
All I can say is keep going and stay patient because it’s going to take a loooooooong time before you get decent. 🥲 But you don’t have to be good to enjoy the views.
