Lasagna Verde alla Bolognese. Or my name for it is “Into the Woods”. I named it that for the green of trees and I also added venison. The homemade pasta is made of flour, egg and spinach. You don’t get much spinach taste but mainly the color. The 6 hour bolognese is made up of venison, beef and pork. Also many other things. It came out great!
