May is Mental Health Awareness and Trauma-Informed Care Month 💚 In the School District of Palm Beach County, we want every student, teacher, staff member, and parent to know: It is ok to be ok, and it is ok to not be ok. Schools are more than just places of learning- they are communities of support. Whether it’s talking to a school counselor, reaching out to a trusted mentor, or simply taking a moment to breathe, prioritizing your well-being is the bravest thing you can do. Our schools have mental health professionals on EVERY campus. 🤝
