🥉 2026 U17 Girls Provincial Bronze Medalists 🦁 The girls entered Provincials winning their first 3 games by an average of 25 points before running into a tough TTT team in the semifinals. They regrouped, refocused, and finished strong with a bronze medal win over a solid Brampton Warriors squad. Not the medal we wanted, but an incredible accomplishment nonetheless. Four years ago this group was near the bottom of the OBA standings for their age group. Today they finish as one of the top-tier teams in the province. What a journey. What a season. Thank you to our parents for trusting the process and to our coaching staff for all the hard work behind the scenes. 🧡💙 #basketball #reels #motivation #inspiration #girlsbasketball

Congratulations to Coach @summa_vybz and his U13 Boys on a successful year of development. Coach Jequille truly cares about his players, and it showed in their growth this season. Although the boys fell short in the bronze medal game, their sacrifice, dedication, and commitment were never questioned. This group started on the ground floor last season, and they continue to climb. Every step forward is part of the process. Thank you to the parents for trusting our development model and believing in the journey. Success is built through consistency, dedication, and hard work. #Basketball #Motivation #Inspiration #Northyorklions #reels

Being a Lion is all about trusting the process. Huge shoutout to @mikailoosborne_ our 14U boys for going 4-0 in Pittsburgh this weekend. Proud of this group and the way they continued to grow together. Looking forward to seeing them carry this momentum onto the Puma Circuit. #basketball #motivationmonday #inspiration #reels #dunk

Ryan, fresh off a strong OFSAA run and March Break Camp last week, looks as fresh as ever. Rest is important, but reps matter just as much. We forgot to mention this was taken after @noflukesfoundation After Hours League. He took Monday off and was in the gym for the next 6 days. Ryan has poured so much into the game, and what he helped accomplish with A.Y. Jackson during a historic season has only motivated him even more. Now, with the Puma Circuit ahead, the sky is truly the limit for these boys. But as we always say, shoot for the stars. And that’s exactly what they’re doing. Four years ago Ryan was in our House League program. Greg sitting back like a proud papa in the chair, and Ryan right there watching his big bro… sorry, his twin. All love, all jokes aside we are proud of our boys. P.S You know he's looking forward to summer camp. #basketball #reels #motivation #dunk #inspiration

You either develop the mindset… or get exposed. Behind the scenes, it’s constant. Teaching. Pushing. Demanding more. Coach Terrence doesn’t let the standard slip — not when they’re up, not when they’re down. That’s where the mindset is built. 🦁

One shot to decide everything. Josh didn’t hesitate. Despite being down 15 early in the first quarter and losing key pieces to foul trouble, Cedarbrae punched back. Down 15. Season on the brink. They didn’t fold. Possession by possession, Cedarbrae chipped away at the lead — grit, discipline, execution. 65–65. AY Jackson locked in defensively and forced the miss when it mattered most. Ball swings. Josh rises. Three. Cash. Game sealed. Championship secured. 🏆 AY Jackson will now represent the TDSB in the AAA Division. Celebrate tonight. But understand something — the job isn’t finished. We’re not chasing moments. We’re chasing that OFSAA banner. 😈

Logan was stacking solid performances in the NPH Showcase League. 📈😈 Class of 2030 Logan Bonham (6’4”) is a forward who thrives when the game speeds up. He runs the floor hard, finishes strong in transition, and consistently puts pressure on the rim. On the defensive end, he brings energy and effort — crashing the glass, contesting shots, and making winning plays. A two-way presence who impacts the game on both ends. 📈🔥 #basketball #reels #motivation

The grind speaks for itself. 😈📈 Class of ’29 Mikailo Osborne (6’3) is tied for 5th leading scorer with 16.8 PPG in the @nphshowcase and has evolved into a PG with elite court vision. He thrives in transition, pushes the pace, and makes all the little plays that tilt the floor in his team’s favor. On defense, he’s disruptive — contesting shots, forcing turnovers, and making winning plays every possession. A true floor general who impacts the game on both ends. 💪🔥 #basketball #reels #motivation #canadabasketball ##ballislife
