Flipbooks
from Gauche pense, donc je suis
I turned the three costume-supporting animations from the series into three left-opening flipbooks, translating movement back into a physical, page-by-page form.
Designed to be flipped with the left hand, each book becomes a small object for holding the rhythm of the costumes, their gestures, and the left-handed imagination.

from my ‘Gauche pense, donc je suis’ - ‘左思，故我在‘ project
Part of my left-handed series, Wonderland imagines an organic island where left-handed beings live.
This piece treats the body as both costume and soft sculpture. The breast and butt forms were created through silicone moulding, then combined with lycra, digital printing, and sponge material to build a soft, surreal body.
