Twenty years ago, I was searching for a way to express myself.
Fifteen years ago, I discovered it—this hand-dyed, overlooked cording thread.
It became my language. Truly, I live for it, and it has never failed me.
I spent countless hours experimenting, pushing its boundaries, proving to even the most solid minds that this humble thread could do so much more. I took a route thet that took me to unexpected places, and brought extraordinary people and lifelong friendships into my world.
My craft gave me a voice. It allowed me to support nine thousand women artisans through my school Thaat. It gave me the life I always searched for. It became my طريق… my route.
Al-Tareeq is now a 30-piece collection that I will be showcasing, inshallah, this Saturday, November 29th at 4 PM at the @egyptfashionweek2025
I’m rarely satisfied with my own efforts, but I am proud of what we’ve achieved together as the PAZ.Cairo team.

من ٢٠ سنة كنت بدوّر على وسيلة أعبّر بيها عن نفسي.
ومن ١٥ سنة لقيت طريقي… الخيط الملوّن اليدوي اللي ناس كتير ماخدتش بالها منه.
القيطان و التطريز عامة لغة وثقافة و رحلة قدرت من خلالها أساند ٩ آلاف ست حرفيّة من خلال مدرستي مدرسة ذات.
الطريق هو كولكشن من ٣٠ قطعة صعيدي بقالب حديث هعرضه ان شاء الله يوم السبت ٢٩ نوفمبر الساعة ٤ في أسبوع الموضة المصري في وسط البلد.
أنا دايمًا مش راضية كفاية عن مجهودي، بس فخورة قوي باللي عملناه كفريق بازكايرو.
