They’ve got: ✅ Fresh water for us doggos 💧 ✅ Tasty pub grub for the humans 🍽️ ✅ A cosy, character-filled interior that’s pawfect on chilly days 🔥 ✅ A beer garden to soak up the sun 🌞 ✅ And the coolest claim to fame — it’s the oldest inn in England ✅ build into cliffsides 🏰🐾 👎 Only downside? It gets very busy — but that just means more people to fuss over me, so who’s really complaining? THE LION 📍 New Basford, Nottingham We checked out what’s officially crowned the UK’s best dog-friendly pub, and it did not disappoint! This spot is all cosy vibes, live music, and plenty of craft beer options for the humans. The staff were super welcoming and Freddie was made to feel right at home. THE HARROGATE INN 📍 Harrogate A super dog-friendly hotel with a lovely, cosy bar, including lots of dog treats! All rooms seem to welcome pups for an extra cost per night. PAPITOS BAR 📍 Harrogate It’s been a while - life has definitely been life’ing! W O O D Y A R D 📍 Bakewell, Derbyshire 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴 Stayed in Bakewell last winter for Joe’s birthday and stopped off at The Woodyard. August for Fred has consisted of late night walkies to dodge the intense sun, a few little pub trips with friends (including the cutie Daisy), walkies with JackJack and Bella and a special event at Wirksworth Cricket Club. A bloody lovely month filled with love 🫶

✨ T H E W I N D M I L L 📍 Cheshire We took a trip to see our pals Mark, Lottie & of course Daisy 🐶 A sunny 7.5 mile walk, a canal boat rescue (yes, really!) and then time for some well-earned pub grub. Pub verdict 👇 ✅ Super friendly staff ✅ Delicious food, highly recommend the Sunday roast & THE best sticky toffee pudding!! ✅ Relaxed, cosy vibes 🐾 Bonus points: gorgeous location for walkies!
